2010 Edible Banned Books Contest

Thanks to all who made our second annual Banned Books Week Edible Books Contest a grand success. The following contestants were the winners:

Most “punny” went to Stella Herzig for “Of Rice and Ramen”prize: gift bag from the SAU Book Store

Most Artistic and People’s Choice went to Camillia Ray and Sanjuana Perez for “James and the Giant Peach” prizes: two party pizzas from Sodexo

Best Group Entry went to Maggie Woods and Susan Jameson for “Hairy Potpie and the Strawberry Scone” prize: party pizza from Sodexo

Best Individual Entry went to Tanika McNeal  for “The Chocolate War” prize: gift bag from the SAU Book Store

People’s Choice runners-up include:

Maggie Woods and Susan jameson for “Gourd of the Rinds” prize: 1 free combo meal from Sodexo

Barry Ferm for “The Origin of the Reese’s” prize: 1 free breakfast combo meal from Sodexo

T.J. Green for “Dairy Potter and the Sorcerer’s Scone” prize: 1 free smoothie from Sodexo

Emma DeMarr for “The Dharma Buns”- Travel mug and 2 hot drinks from the SAU Coffee Shop.
