The Library is hosting a two-part Brown Bag presentation next week entitled: This I Believe: Exploring Beliefs and Values. Participants in this special Brown Bag series will receive a free copy of the book This I Believe: the Personal Philosophies of Remarkable Men and Women. The facilitator, Shawn Rice, will lead the group in a discussion of some of the belief statements in the book, and then share ideas on how participants can write their own personal belief statements.

All participants will receive a free copy of the book, This I Believe: The Personal Philosophies of Remarkable Men and Women. To register, simply stop at the Library Reference Desk and pick up a copy of the book.
Participants will also receive information on other Quad Cities events based on this book. This area-wide program is sponsored by the Scott County Regional Authority, Bettendorf Public Library Foundation, The Friends of the Bettendorf Public Library, and Humanities Iowa.
